The mini fridge was quite handy.
I arrived late, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were dirty towels and hair everywhere! The initial staff response was positive, but I ended up dealing with the mess myself for two days.

Inconsistent room temperatures!!! Odd odors near air conditioning units!!! It would help to focus on cleanliness and perhaps improve sound insulation to avoid disturbances from neighbors!!!

Three nights at this hotel impressed us with its family-friendly amenities. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and provided a relaxing space. A standout was Linda at breakfast—her friendly service brightened our mornings. Although we enjoyed our stay, the checkout process was slower than anticipated and the room could have used some extra amenities, like hand wash and tissues.

I found the staff helpful when I noticed dirty linens on the fold-out couch. They took care of it quickly and provided a discount for the inconvenience. The options for breakfast and snacks added value to our stay. As a single traveler, this hotel worked well for me.
The bed in the other room lacked comfort for a good night's sleep.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super clean and really spacious, which was nice. The beds were comfy, perfect for winding down after a long day. The only downside was a bit of a wait at check-in because my room wasn’t ready on time, which was a bummer. Also, a couple of amenities were missing in the room, like hand wash and tissue. But the staff was helpful and quick to address the issue when I asked.

The dining scene was a feast for the senses—locals rave about the buttery biscuits and gravy, while the three nightly drinks add a tasty touch to your stay! The staff is super attentive, making you feel right at home. And don't sleep on the late check-out options. it really helped us out after that long drive.
The room was missing some essentials—no hand wash or tissue under the sink, which was a bummer. Also, missing online check-in took a bit of the shine off an otherwise smooth arrival.
